In accordance with provisions of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, Scandinavian Child requires for all products manufactured on or after November 12, 2008 a certification that the products comply with all applicable consumer product safety rules and similar rules, bans, standards and regulations under any laws administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission in the form of a General Certificate of Conformity as required by Section 14(g) of the Consumer Product Safety Act, 15 USC Section 2063(g) ("Certificates"). Certificates will be posted prior to a shipment being sent to our retailers. If you do not see a Certificate for a product you currently have in stock it was manufactured prior to November 12, 2008.
